Iso14001 Platform Terms & Conditions
This document sets out the terms governing your use of the iso14001 platform. By accessing or using any part of our platform, you agree to be bound by all terms stated herein. Please read carefully before proceeding with registration or any transactions.
Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility
By accessing, browsing, or registering an account on the iso14001 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must cease using the platform immediately.
To use the iso14001 platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements: (1) you are at least 18 years of age or have reached the age of majority under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction; (2) you are accessing the platform from a region or jurisdiction where online betting is not explicitly prohibited by local law; (3) you are not currently on any self-exclusion list or betting restriction programme administered by any regulatory body; and (4) you are registering in your own name and not on behalf of any other individual or entity.
Iso14001 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time to ensure eligibility requirements are met. Users found to be ineligible may have their access suspended or terminated without prior notice. It is solely the user's responsibility to ensure that use of this service is lawful under the laws applicable to them.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Account Registration
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the iso14001 platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without payment of any remaining balance.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, phone number, and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading information at registration will result in account termination, and any remaining balance will be permanently forfeited.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. iso14001 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the disclosure of your password to a third party, whether intentional or otherwise.
If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, you are required to notify the iso14001 support team immediately. You are also advised to change your password regularly and avoid reusing the same password across other platforms to minimise security risks.
User Responsibilities
Users are solely responsible for all activities conducted through their accounts. Using the iso14001 platform for any unlawful purpose is strictly prohibited, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, hacking, or any activity that could compromise the integrity of the platform.
Users are also prohibited from using any automated software, bots, scripts, or other technical means to access or interact with the platform in an unauthorised manner. Violations of this prohibition will result in immediate account closure, and iso14001 reserves the right to pursue appropriate legal action against any user involved.
Payments, Transactions & Financial Policy
All financial transactions on the iso14001 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is valid and registered in their own name.
Deposit
Minimum and maximum deposit limits are subject to the thresholds set by the chosen payment method. iso14001 accepts deposits via a range of local payment methods, including e-wallets and online banking available in Malaysia. All successfully processed deposits are final and cannot be reversed once credited to the gaming account.
Iso14001 is not liable for any processing delays caused by third-party payment providers. If a deposit has not been credited within the expected timeframe, users should contact the support team with valid proof of transaction for further investigation.
Withdrawal
Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet that has been verified and registered under the same name as the iso14001 account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited without exception. All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and review before processing.
Iso14001 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals for investigation purposes where suspicious activity or patterns inconsistent with the account's normal usage are detected. In such cases, the user will be notified and asked to provide the necessary supporting documents.
Any taxes, stamp duties, or other charges imposed by authorities or financial institutions in connection with a user's transactions are solely the user's responsibility. iso14001 bears no liability in relation to a user's tax obligations.
Account Suspension, Closure & Liability

Iso14001 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time without prior notice if: (a) the user breaches any term in this document; (b) fraudulent activity or money laundering is suspected; (c) the user has provided false information during registration or identity verification; or (d) the account has been inactive beyond the period specified under iso14001's internal policy.
Where an account is closed due to a breach of terms, iso14001 reserves the right to withhold any existing balance pending investigation. Where an account is closed for other reasons, such as at the user's own request, any eligible balance will be returned once all withdrawal conditions have been satisfied.
Platform Liability Limit
Iso14001 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of or inability to use this platform. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or any other losses, even if iso14001 has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
This platform is provided on an "as is" basis, and iso14001 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the suitability, reliability, availability, timeliness, or accuracy of the service. Users access this platform entirely at their own risk.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property
All content on the iso14001 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations, is the exclusive property of iso14001 or its content providers and is protected by Malaysian copyright law and applicable international laws. Users are prohibited from copying, distributing, transmitting, displaying, performing, reproducing, publishing, licensing, creating derivative works from, transferring, or selling any information or content obtained from this platform without prior written consent from iso14001.
Third-Party Links
The iso14001 platform may contain links to third-party websites that are not operated by us. iso14001 has no control over the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites and accepts no responsibility for them. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by iso14001. Users are advised to read the terms and privacy policies of any third-party website they visit via links from the iso14001 platform.
Amendment of Terms
Iso14001 reserves the right to modify, amend, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time at our absolute discretion. Material changes will be communicated to users via in-platform notices or the registered email address. Continued use of the platform after any changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically for the latest updates.
Governing Law & Contact Us
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the iso14001 platform. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms or the use of the platform will first be subject to amicable resolution between the user and iso14001 before any legal proceedings are initiated.
Should any provision of these terms be found invalid, void, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be interpreted to the maximum extent possible to reflect the original intent of the parties, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Iso14001's failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. These terms and conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and any legal notices published by iso14001 on this platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and iso14001 with respect to your use of the platform.
